IMPORTANT POSTING CHANGES IN EFFECT
Minimum wage rates have already increased in 20 states in 2021 as state laws, annual inflation adjustments and ballot initiatives have taken effect. Several more will follow suit in the coming months.
Businesses are required to display the most recent mandatory changes for their employees. Failure to do so can lead to penalties, fines and even lawsuits.

- Maine: Minimum Wage
- Maryland: Minimum Wage
- Michigan: Minimum Wage & Paid Medical Leave

- Nevada: OSHA
- New Jersey: Minimum Wage
