The penalties for 2021 for failure to display workplace labor law posters for the following are:
- Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA): $178
- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC): $576
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): $13,653
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA): $21,663
