Mandatory federal FMLA poster deadline passed

The final rule which implemented two important expansions of Family Medical
Leave Act (FMLA) protections are now in effect. The federal FMLA poster has
been updated to include these changes and is now available:

All covered employers are required to display the notice in a conspicuous
place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. This notice
summarizes the major provisions of The Family and Medical Leave Act and
informs employees how to file a complaint.
