Nicole Pepe and Darlene Farrace-Prott are co-owners and operators of NJ Teacher to Teacher, LLC, established in 2005. For the past 10 years, Ms. Pepe and Ms. Prott have been successfully providing professional development services to teachers across the state, and nationally. Ms. Pepe, M.Ed. and Ms. Prott, M.Ed. are experienced and certified educational leaders, both holding NJ supervisor and principal certifications. Co-teaching has been one of the passions of the organization, the NJT2T team has been coaching, modeling, presenting and collaborating with general education and special education teachers across the state to classrooms moving towards full inclusion. Their research behind co-teaching and the methods of professional development supporting that research was presented at the California Educational Research Association conference in Anaheim, CA in 2013. Ms. Pepe and Ms. Prott pride themselves on meeting the goals of student growth and achievement through data-driven, practical and hands-on professional development for educators.
