  in process development and certification, process transfer, new product introduction into manufacturing,
  quality system design and assessment, corrective and preventative actions, process change control,
  non-conforming material, process and product yield analysis, statistical process control and failure
  analysis in a multi-factory environment.
• Bob has a BS&MS in Metallurgy and Material Science from Lehigh University.
