In today's divorce cases, electronic evidence comes in all shapes and sizes, including: angry text messages, information received through cellphone GPS trackers, computer spyware, Facebook posts and the list goes on. The main challenge is trying to determine what is legal and what will stand up in court. How can you determine what forms of electronic evidence are permissible in court proceedings-and what forms will land your client in hot water? Join us for a live, 90-minute webinar, where you and your colleagues will discover:

    • Surveillance evidence: what are the civil and criminal implications in divorce court?
    • When electronic evidence can be used in a divorce proceeding?
    • What the laws are around spousal tracking-GPS, webcams and internet use
    • When is evidence considered spousal misconduct-and how to protect your client
    • Electronic Evidence to Avoid: What you shouldn't use in court!

    Our Expert Speaker:
