Kathryn Koehne, DNP, RN-BC, C-TNP, has over 25 years' experience in nursing, 15 years of which have been in telephone triage nursing. - In her role as staff development instructor for Telephone Triage Consulting, Inc., Kathryn has provided numerous continuing education offerings related to telephone triage.
- Among Kathryn's many accomplishments is development of the orientation program for her call center at Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
- Kathryn has an extensive knowledge base and has served as an item writer for the Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification Exam. She has published numerous articles and has been a telehealth columnist for the American Academy of Ambulatory Nursing (AAACN) publication, ViewPoint since 2008.
- Certified in telephone nursing practice and ambulatory care nursing, Kathryn is currently a nurse educator at Gundersen Health System, serves as adjunct faculty at Viterbo University, and is an active member of AAACN.
- Kathryn completed her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Minnesota in 2015 and is certified in healthcare design.
