Jennifer Hackett is a partner in the Antitrust & Financial Services Practice. Jennifer has experience in all aspects of complex litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation, and has been instrumental in trials, international arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and federal appeals.
  • Jennifer also provides antitrust compliance counseling in a variety of scenarios and advises clients on all aspects of premerger notification, including Hart- Scott-Rodino filings and gun-jumping issues.

James Robertson Martin is a partner and business development head in Dickstein Shapiro's Antitrust & Financial Services Practice. He has experience in all aspects of complex antitrust and financial services litigation on a national and international scale.
  • Jim has represented corporations both on the plaintiff and defense side in cases ranging from cartels to monopolization.
