CMS has approved to adopt the 2012 editions of the Life Safety Code (LSC) and
the Health Care Facilities Code (HCFC). The Life Safety Code, NFPA 101, lays out
fire safety requirements for new and existing buildings issued by the NFPA
(National Fire Protection Association). The Health Care Facilities Code has
detailed provisions for health care and ambulatory care facilities. Join us for

  • He has spoken internationally, co-authored Violence Assessment &
    Intervention, The Practitioners Guide, has been voir dired as an expert
    witness on identifying violent individuals, and was a co-founder of the
    Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
  • Michael also served as the President of Henley-Putnam University from
    2004-2011, the only accredited school of its kind in the world granting
    Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Protection Management, Intelligence
    Management and Terrorism/Counterterrorism Studies.
