  surveyor, performing Medicare deemed surveys for the past ten years.
• In her consulting firm, she assists homecare and hospice agencies in
  providing quality, meeting regulations, managing efficiently and achieving
  financial viability.
• Sharon regularly speaks at national and state associations and many other
  organizations on topics such as continued survey readiness, case management,
  OASIS assessments and diagnosis coding, management and operational topics,
