PROGRAM SUMMARY
Nonprofit managers are concerned with the organization's mission - feeding the homeless, arranging adoptions for needy animals, providing shelter for women, and on and on. However, it is just as important for the non-financial staff to understand the fiscal health of the organization through a working knowledge of financial data. Join our nonprofit financial expert, Joe Grasso, as he walks you through what you need to know to help you achieve your organizational goals with a greater understanding of the bottom line. In our highly-informative, 60-minute webinar you will discover:

  • Key financial definitions, ratios, terms & concepts
  • Ways to manage and review cash flow, lines of credit, etc.
  • The basics of endowments and debt financing
  • Reading financial statements - What you need to know
  • Tips to identify dangerous financial trends & pitfalls
